Sustainability Photography

An increasing number of companies are realising the importance of corporate sustainability along with a genuine desire to develop social responsibility programmes at a local, national or international level. However, there is a growing need for credible pictures to accurately represent the challenges and achievements associated with these projects.

Charitable organisations too are becoming ever more aware of the necessity to use striking, high quality photography in their marketing and appeals material. Exceptional pictures supporting well thought out campaigns will always increase credibility and raise awareness for their chosen cause.

Recent Projects

GlaxoSmithKline provides money, medicines, time and equipment to develop and promote health initiatives in over 100 countries. One of these initiatives is to help eradicate Lymphatic Filariasis (LF), a leading cause of permanent disability in the third world, by treating one billion people at risk.

A full article on the GSK LF project will shortly be available in the Portfolio section.

Tearfund is a leading development agency operating in over 60 countries around the world. Promoting sustainability within the communities they support is one of the organisation's main tenets.
sustainability in the third world
Right: Last year Andrew’s land became a sandpit. The river flooded, dumping 6,000 tonnes of sand on his family’s soil. Now, instead of taking a few moments to plant a seedling, he has to dig for half an hour to find the earth beneath. Near Fombe village, Malawi.

Left: Drought often affects the land's ability to absorb water when the rains finally arrive, causing destructive floods. Tearfund supplied the money to plant the delightufully named Chikalumpha forest in Fombe, to help with water absorbtion in an area prone to flooding.
